defective merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking
fee.
Customized items may not be returned unless defective
in manufacture. Return
shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the
purchaser.

sure to double check your spelling when ordering custom imprinted
items. Long Island Poker & Casino cannot be held responsible for spelling errors submitted by the
purchaser.
Please
call LIPC for an R.M.A. or Return Merchandise Authorization Number at
(631) 775-8119 during
normal business hours (Eastern Time) before
shipping return items. Items returned without an R.M.A. number
will not be refunded.
We make
every effort to be sure that the prices posted for
items shown are correct. However, LIPC reserves the
right not to fill orders on incorrectly priced items
